Delivery

Our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail second class post. If you’re in a rush, please drop us a line before you order to see if we can speed things up for you. Please be aware that Royal Mail are still experiencing delays due to staff self-isolating, so orders may take a little longer than usual to reach you. We currently aim to ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, but this could be up to 7 days to allow for delays with ingredients and packaging reaching us.

If we need to delay the dispatch of your order due to quarantining, we’ll be in touch and will offer a refund if you aren’t able to wait for your order.

Postage and packing costs £2, and is free on orders over £20 – just enter the code ‘freeshipping’ at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed.

For health and safety reasons, our products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If you think there’s something wrong with your product, please get in touch and we’ll try our absolute best to sort it out for you.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! They’re only tested on Lovely human beings.

 

Are your products vegan?

Some of our products contain beeswax which means they’re not vegan. Click into the product you’re interested in to find out whether it’s vegan.

 

Are your products natural?

All of our products are between 98-100% natural. That 2% is either food-grade flavouring or cosmetic fragrance, both of which are completely safe to use. If you click onto the product you’re interested in, the description will state the % of natural ingredients.

 

Are your products organic?

Some of our products contain organic ingredients, but none are 100% organic.
